Focuh is a productivity application that helps users manage tasks and schedule their time. The Service may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Spotify. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

3. Alpha/Beta Status

You acknowledge that the Service is in an early development stage (alpha/beta). This means:

• The Service may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features
• Data loss may occur without warning
• The Service may be unavailable at any time

• The Service may be discontinued entirely at our sole discretion

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that your data will be preserved, backed up, or recoverable.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FOCUH, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Business interruption or productivity losses
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €100 (one hundred euros), whichever is less.
